Submission Guidelines

Please follow these rules when submitting music to Audiartist. They help curators review tracks efficiently and keep playlist selection fair.

1. Spotify tracks only

Submit a valid Spotify track URL. Do not paste an album, artist profile or playlist URL into the track field.

2. Accurate artist information

Submit music under the correct artist identity and provide accurate information. Do not submit another artist’s music without authorization.

3. Rolling submission limit

Each artist account can make up to three playlist submissions during a rolling seven-day period. The platform indicates when a new submission slot becomes available.

4. Maximum three playlists per track

The same Spotify track may be submitted to a maximum of three different Audiartist playlists. The same track cannot be submitted twice to the same playlist.

5. Choose relevant playlists

Select playlists that genuinely fit your track. Audiartist may suggest playlists from available genre and metadata signals, but the artist remains responsible for the final choice.

6. AI disclosure

Answer the AI-use question accurately. Fully AI-generated music is not accepted for Audiartist editorial features. Misleading information about authorship or production can lead to rejection.

7. Rights and permissions

You must have the rights or authorization needed to submit the track and related artist information for editorial review.

8. No spam, bots or manipulation

Do not bypass submission limits, create deceptive duplicate accounts, automate abusive submissions, manipulate statistics or submit fraudulent content.

9. Editorial discretion

A submission is a request for consideration, not a guarantee. Curators may accept, reject or keep a track in review. Audiartist does not guarantee review time, playlist position, placement duration, stream counts or commercial results.

10. Placements evolve

Playlist ordering changes over time. An accepted track may move, rotate or be removed as the playlist evolves.

11. Donations are separate

Audiartist submissions are free. PayPal and Buy Me a Coffee support are optional and never affect acceptance, curator priority, playlist position, duration or editorial coverage.
