Submit to radio stations in a few clear steps.
Create one reusable Pitch Form, choose the stations that fit your music, review your selection and send.
1. Create your Pitch Form
Your Pitch Form contains the artist and track information used for radio submissions: artist name, track title, Spotify link, artwork, release details, bio, pitch message and useful links.
If you do not have a Pitch Form yet, you can still browse the Radio Directory. You will need to create one before a submission can be sent.
2. Find the right radio stations
Use the Radio Directory to search by station name, country, city or music style. Open a station profile to check its information before adding it to your selection.
3. Add radios to your selection
When you are in submission mode, use Add on the stations you want to contact. Your selected stations are kept in the Radio Review basket.
4. Review before sending
Open Review to check the selected stations and the active Pitch Form. At this stage you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the music meets the platform requirements.
5. Send
For stations with a usable submission email, Music Submission can send the pitch from your active Pitch Form. Stations that require a direct external submission route are shown separately so you can complete those submissions yourself.
No Pitch Form yet?
No problem. Browse the directory first, then create a Pitch Form when you are ready to submit. The final send step remains blocked until an active Pitch Form is available.
